Mind/Body Program for Fertility and Family Building


It's not magic. It's all about creating the mental, emotional and physical state most conducive to starting your family. Relax with meditation, guided imagery, cognitive restructuring and more. Learn from specialists in acupuncture and couples' massage.

300 couples have completed the course since the Fall of 2003. Many classes continue to have class reunions, play dates and social gatherings. Ongoing friendships and community have been priceless. Participants are happy to answer any questions prospective enrollees might have.

FAQs

  • If you become pregnant before the class begins, you receive a complete refund.
  • If you become pregnant during the class, you continue participation in the class. Pregnancy after infertility can be stressful.

Anyone interested in participating in a Mind/Body needs a screening intake, typically paid by insurance. The woman alone or the couple can attend. Please call 2-3 weeks ahead of time to schedule.

Class size is limited to 12 couples, on a first come basis. Registrations will be accepted as long as space is available. To reserve your place, a check for the tuition postdated to the first date of class is necessary. Financial arrangements may be made as needed.

All 12 couples attended their reunion in July, 2010 with their 17 babies.

The class believes that their real success has been in finding each other and forming a supportive community.

Spring Mind/Body Class dates:

Resolve Professionally Led Fertility Support Group
Connect with others going through similar situations in a confidential small group format. Spouses/partners welcome.

The group meets the second Wednesday of every month, 7 pm - 8:30 pm at my office, 821 Raymond Avenue, Suite 240, St. Paul.
